The UHP Project

Fundraising Initiative to Revolutionize Firefighting

The UHP Project aims to raise funds to develop three prototype demo trucks equipped with Ultra High Pressure (UHP) firefighting technology. These trucks will demonstrate UHP’s environmental benefits, firefighter safety, and enhanced operational efficiency in various environments, including structural fires, wildland firefighting, and aircraft rescue operations. This project will also deliver scientific research to colleges, airports, municipalities, and counties, proving the advantages of UHP firefighting.

Our Mission

"To revolutionize Firefighter safety with UHP."

In 2018, I realized the critical need for a solution to combat the trifecta of death in firefighting: flashover, building collapse, and cancer. Through the power of Ultra High Pressure (UHP) Firefighting and the exterior transitional attack, we can dramatically reduce firefighter exposure to these deadly hazards.

By adopting this science and practice, we position firefighters to face fewer heat-related injuries, less exposure to off-gassing carcinogens, and safer entry points that minimize the risk of structural collapse during operations.

The key to reducing firefighter heat injuries, preventing flashover, and lowering occupational cancer rates lies in the UHP exterior attack. This technique rapidly cools the environment, mitigates off-gassing risks, and decreases the dangers of structural collapse. It’s time to equip firefighters with the knowledge and tools they need for a safer future.

I need your support to take this training nationwide. Raising funds will help me purchase a truck and UHP skid unit to travel to fire schools, departments, and colleges around the country. Together, we can spread this life-saving technology, train firefighters on its science, and protect future generations of first responders.

Objectives

To raise funds to develop three state-of-the-art UHP firefighting demo trucks, setting a new standard in efficiency, versatility, and safety for modern firefighting.

Each truck will showcase the adaptability and efficacy of UHP systems across structural, wildland, and aircraft firefighting scenarios.

Campaign Goal: Establish the UHP Standard

Investing in UHP firefighting is investing in a safer, more effective firefighting future. Help us redefine emergency response with cutting-edge technology designed to protect lives, property, and the environment.

1. Raise funds to build three prototype UHP demo trucks:

Our goal is to develop three unique, fully-equipped UHP demo trucks, each engineered to demonstrate the unmatched adaptability and power of UHP systems across distinct firefighting environments:

Structural Firefighting: Deploy rapid knockdown power with precision water vaporization to cool fire at its source, drastically reducing heat, smoke, and toxic gas levels.

Wildland Firefighting: Engage wildfires effectively with reduced water usage, ensuring environmental responsibility and extended operation time in remote areas.

Aircraft Firefighting (ARFF): Provide rapid response capabilities that penetrate high-temperature fires with ultra-fine mist, designed to reach confined spaces and minimize fuel ignition risks.

Powerful versatility — these prototypes will demonstrate how UHP firefighting can meet diverse challenges with unmatched efficiency and adaptability.

2. Purchase UHP pump and tank skids

Our campaign aims to fund the acquisition of high-quality UHP pump and tank skids, essential components that will outfit each demo truck with industry-leading pressure capabilities and tank capacity for prolonged, high-intensity firefighting operations.

Value Statement: Uncompromised reliability — these UHP skids deliver consistent, high-pressure performance for live demonstrations and scientific testing, setting a new standard in firefighting technology.

3. Engineering development:

We will collaborate with leading engineers to design and build UHP-equipped trucks tailored to the unique requirements of each firefighting sector. Each prototype will integrate key components, setting the foundation for a new era in firefighting response vehicles:

UHP Pump Tank Skid: High-performance system offering optimal pressure and water vaporization to rapidly cool and control fires.

Telescoping Boom with Penetration Nozzle: Provides precise water delivery in hard-to-reach areas, ideal for structural and aircraft fires.

Superior Suspension: Engineered to handle rugged terrain, providing mobility and stability across urban and wildland environments.

Engineered for excellence — these UHP systems redefine firefighting, from rapid response to controlled, sustained attack capabilities in diverse conditions.
